1. What VITRAL is

VITRAL is an emotion-driven travel planning tool. It uses AI to generate personalised travel itineraries based on how you feel. The generated journeys are suggestions, not bookings. VITRAL does not arrange, guarantee, or take responsibility for any travel, accommodation, or experiences described in generated itineraries.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account or use VITRAL to generate journeys on behalf of others at scale.

3. AI-generated content

Journeys are written by AI language models from OpenAI. The output is creative and plausible, but not verified. Places, prices and opening times can be wrong, and some details may not exist at all. Costs, travel times, weather, and activity availability may be inaccurate or outdated. Always verify itinerary details independently before booking anything.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use VITRAL to generate content that is harmful, abusive, or illegal. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service. Automated or bulk generation without prior written consent is prohibited.

5. Booking links

Journeys may include links to third-party booking partners. VITRAL may earn a commission when you book through them, at no extra cost to you. Bookings are a contract between you and that partner; VITRAL is not a travel agent and is not responsible for their services, prices or cancellations.

6. Free and paid plans

VITRAL is currently free. We may introduce paid plans in future; free features you already use will be clearly described before anything changes, and nothing will be charged without your explicit consent.

7. Intellectual property

The VITRAL name, visual design, and codebase are owned by the VITRAL team. Generated itineraries are produced by AI and are not copyrighted by either party — you're free to use them however you like for personal travel planning.

8. Limitation of liability

VITRAL is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about accuracy, availability, or fitness for purpose. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment arising from use of the service or acting on AI-generated travel suggestions.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of VITRAL after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We'll notify registered users by email for material changes.
