Question 1

What is VITRAL?

Accepted Answer

A travel planner that starts with how you feel. Write one line, like "burnt out and craving quiet", and VITRAL picks three places that fit and plans 3 days there: things to do, a rough daily cost, the weather and a map.

Question 2

Do I need an account?

Accepted Answer

No. You can make as many journeys as you like without one. A free account lets you save them, edit any day, add trips to your calendar and share them.

Question 3

What if I don't know what I feel?

Accepted Answer

Tap the sparkles in the box for a random feeling, or answer 4 quick questions and VITRAL writes the feeling for you.

Question 4

Can I choose where I go?

Accepted Answer

Partly, and that's on purpose. Under Customize journey you can pick anywhere in the world, your own country or abroad, one country or a few, and add a start date, the weather you want and how you'd like to get around. When you pick a month and weather, VITRAL only chooses countries that really have that weather then.

Question 5

How long does a journey take to make?

Accepted Answer

Day 1 is ready in seconds. Days 2 and 3 follow while you read.

Question 6

Can I edit a journey?

Accepted Answer

Yes, once it's saved. Open it from Your journeys and press Edit to change activities, write notes, swap in an alternative or change the order of days.

Question 7

Can I add a trip to my calendar?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Give a saved journey trip dates, then add it to Google Calendar or download it for Apple Calendar and Outlook. In Account you can also connect Google Calendar or subscribe to a private calendar link, so every dated trip stays up to date.

Question 8

How do I share a journey?

Accepted Answer

Press Share in any journey for an image made for Instagram Stories. A saved journey can also get a link: anyone with it sees the feeling and the days, never your notes, name or dates. You can stop sharing at any time.

Question 9

Does VITRAL book flights or hotels?

Accepted Answer

No. Every day opens in Google Maps or Apple Maps, so you can see the route and book wherever you like.

Question 10

Are the prices and opening hours right?

Accepted Answer

Treat them as a guide. Costs are rough daily estimates, and VITRAL can't see live prices, opening hours or closures, so check before you go.

Question 11

Is VITRAL free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. 3-day journeys are free and unlimited for normal personal use, with photos, maps, calendar sync, saving, editing and sharing. No card needed.

Question 12

What will Plus add?

Accepted Answer

Plus is coming in 2027 for $7.99 a month or $39 a year: trips up to 10 days, a new version of any single day, PDF export, richer writing and early access to new features. Everything in the free plan stays free.

Question 13

Do you store my location?

Accepted Answer

No. If you choose your own country or abroad, your browser asks once. VITRAL turns it into your city and country for that journey and never stores it. Anywhere never asks.

Question 14

What happens to what I write?

Accepted Answer

Your feeling goes to OpenAI, which writes the journey. Journeys you save stay in your account until you delete them. Keep anything private out of the box.

Question 15

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Go to Your journeys, then Account, then Delete account. It removes your account and every journey in it, for good.

Question 16

How do I get in touch?

Accepted Answer

Email hello@vitral.world, or use Share feedback at the bottom of the home page. A real person reads every message.
